Moon Dance

I once went to the moon
But it wasn’t as nearly as beautiful as you
So I told myself I would ask you out
Even though I had many doubts
I once danced like a fool
But now I’ve learned to play by the rules
I thought I knew the stress of your life
But I learned with pleasure comes great strife
And even though you were the one in glass
And though it seemed you had some class
I found that you were hate disbatched
Like an unruly fire that was lit by the devil’s match
