Daydream

You’re just a daydream
Just a mirror of the actual she
You’re just a daydream
Just a sidestep from reality
You’re just a daydream
How do I rid you from my memory?
You’re just a daydream
A pain no one can see
You’ve taken me
On a shifty road
You’ve taken me
From life’s true code
You stole me away
I can’t get back to her
Two worlds collide
Misidentification occurs
I’ve lost my grip
On the real and the false
No longer there
In terms of my fall
Can’t get back
No escaping you
No escaping you
