Tossed And Turned

He tossed and turned all night
With a devil ruling with might
His eyes searched for the reigns
So that he might control his human brain
This devil had spoken softly at first
Speaking lies that would only curse
The idea of it being calm
Is a farfetched fairy tale at the most
But he was tricked
And his eyes were blind
To the object of reality
He did not show
What did not show
It was hidden
With no dignity
And so he prays
Night and day
To be released
From the curse
That has been layed
